How is this product installed?

The ideal way to install the Pylex 50" is to use an 8-foot-long 2x4 as a lever. If the soil is not well compacted to a depth of 4 feet, it is important to add a 24" extension (Product # 10571) . Our installation video will teach you how to properly compact the soil. Please contact us for more information on how to install this product.

What is the purpose of this product?

This product is ideal for supporting a patio, shed or gazebo without digging or pouring concrete. *DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT FOR FENCING.

How much space is required between each pile?

One pile every 8 feet for a balcony. One pile every 4 feet for load-bearing walls where there is a roof.

Why use this product?

Pylex 50" adapts to all types of terrain and resists ground movement (freezing, thawing). It is also possible to adjust the height of the head by 3 inches to facilitate levelling.

By adding a Pylex Stabilizer. (Product # 10575)

Is it possible to use this product with a 6 in x 6in?

Yes, the Pylex 50" can be used with a 6x6 by combining it with the head of the Adjustable Patio Support 66 (12097) or the head of the Adjustable Extendable Patio Support 33-66 (12098).
