Shipping and Return Policy for Pylex products sold online

Shipping:
All orders valued at $100 or more are eligible for free shipping, excluding
deliveries to the following provinces, territories and states:

Canada: Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut

United States: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Palau,
U.S. Virgin Islands.

Shipping charges will apply for orders of $100 or less.

Return Requests:

• All return requests must be made within 30 days of the order date.
• Return requests must be sent by e-mail to weborder@pylex.com.
• Please include the following information in your email:
  • Order number
  • Purchase invoice
  • Photo of product to be returned

Conditions for returns with refund – no return shipping costs :

• Product was damaged during delivery
• Product is defective or does not function as intended
• The wrong product was delivered

Conditions for returns with refund – return shipping costs charged

• Customer order error
• Excess quantity ordered
• Incorrect installation by customer – damaged product
• Unsuitable product (choice of color, material, etc.)
