What is the purpose of this product?

This product is used to divert water that collects under floorboards. This product extends the life of the frame and deck boards.

Product

How is it installed?

Simply staple the tar paper strips to all the joists. Use 3 in strips (12090) for single joists and 4-½ in strips (12091) for double joists. To increase the product's effectiveness, we recommend using fastening strips (12118) to secure the boards.
