Product: 13060Steel base designed to solidly attach a square post to an exterior surface. Add a finishing touch to your deck. For stability and style at a low cost! Its steel design and its collar (with bolts) gives it greater strength and solidity. Maintenance-free. Easy to install: simply screw it on the post (from the bottom), then to the floor, then tighten the side. Fits a 4” x 4” square post. Baked powder coating finish provides excellent rust resistance. It has a 2 ¾” high collar: the height of the lower crossbar is as required by the building code.
